EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATIONS PROGRAM

1 1/2 DAY EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATIONS PROGRAM
Conducted at CCII's facility on a regular

- This program will consist of front-line managers, mid-to-upper level managers, potential/recently promoted individuals, & executives from various industries, organizations & professions
- Workshops are conducted at CCII's Minneapolis, MN studio
- Seating is limited to a maximum of 6 participants per session which allows greater individual attention from, & interaction with, The Trainer
- Expert videotape feedback & analysis. We will identify your strengths & also address specific issues, challenges, & concerns. We then work together to enhance each participant's overall communication style
- Optional, upon request: Telephone call by the Trainer to speak with the participant prior to the program to discuss & address specific issues & goals; determine objectives
- Optional, upon request: Telephone call by the Trainer to speak with the participant's manager prior to (&/or after) the program to discuss specific goals, issues, concerns, & areas he/she feels the Trainer should be aware of & the individual should focus on

- The Customized Executive Coaching Program is an in-depth, one-to-one coaching program concentrating on specific issues, goals, & objectives most critical to each client
