I want to thank you for one of the most informative and useful training sessions I have ever attended.

As I read through the entire manual and thought about it over the following weekend I realized that most of the information is applicable not only professionally but personally as well. Even though I consider myself fortunate that my Mother had the foresight to stress the importance of good etiquette and manners to me while I was growing up I found the information on eye contact, listening techniques and body language invaluable. I think it's important to always be aware of how others might perceive us rather than just how we perceive ourselves.

I also very much enjoyed reading your book, and going forward it will be at the top of my recommended reading list for my friends and co-workers!
